Having had fears of dental work since a young child and the freezing never being effective enough to fill cavities etc, when I went to Costello Family Dentistry in Carleton Place first to have an abscessed tooth pulled, I was greeted by wonderful staff and a wonderful dentist who I felt really cared. The freezing was the best I have ever experienced and I felt no pain whatsoever. As a result when I decided to have the rest of my molars pulled and go the partial denture route for the first time in my life I felt no fear about going to have them pulled. I highly recommend the Costello Family Dentistry!!

My family has had a great experience here. A beautiful, bright clean clinic. The reception, Jolene is very personable and friendly. We switched dentists because Costello’s does direct billing which is so much easier. The staff are great with kids. My daughter needed a filling and was very nervous as she has never had one before. They were very patient and explained everything. She loved watching her choice of a Netflix show while the dentist worked. Highly recommend them.

Incredible experience with my 16 month old. It was her first visit to the dentist and given past experiences at our doctors office, I figured it would be an absolute disaster. Every single staff member was incredible with her and we had ZERO tears!!! Aside from that, the office was beautiful, clean, bright and they processed our insurance claim on the spot. Thank you to everyone there, we’ll be back!

Going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience for many – especially if Covid has kept you from keeping up with your regular cleanings – but with a state of the art facility, including luxury comforts like chalet style waiting room with cozy leather chairs overlooking a roaring fireplace, and wet bar (closed during Covid); Netflix flatscreens to watch during your procedures; and warm, gracious staff; you can’t help feel this is more akin to a spa experience.

I was so thankful for today’s opportunity given to us from Costello Family Dentistry. The dentist and hygienist (Kim) were excellent and had me feeling right at ease. From the young ladies that met me at the door to all of the support staff, you have so much to be proud of. Thank you.

This is the most welcome I’ve ever felt in any sort of service area. Dentist visits are not comfortable for everyone, and the staff here do their absolute best to make what is often an uncomfortable experience incredibly pleasant. Victoria, the hygienist, is particularly amazing. They also make handling insurance a breeze!
